Here, you'll find guidelines for viewing and understanding your bill, paying your tuition, and more.
To view your Billing Statement & Make Payment
When your E-Bill is posted, you will receive an email from the Bursar’s Office that will instruct you to log into your Workday account and select the Finances Tab in your menu to view your bill.
- Log into your Workday account.
- Click on the Finances tab in either “Your Top Apps” or from the MENU bar.
- Workday will give you several options and locations to view account activity. From the Account Activity block, you can select Make a payment, View Statement, or view your details. But you will also find those options in the “My Account” block. From this page you will also see access to view your Financial Aid and Accept/Decline awards.
- Click on View Statement to review current charges, or click on Make a Payment, you will be directed to outside of Workday to the Nelnet payment site. Click OK to proceed.
- To view your statement, you must select the appropriate Academic Period and then click OK.
To view the Parent Portal
- You will first want to activate your account from the email you received when your student granted access to the Friends & Family portal.
- First time users will want to follow the directions from the email to create your password.
- Select “View Statement.”
- Choose the Academic Period you wish to view.
- Click OK.
If you are experiencing any issues on the Friends & Family portal, you can create a Freshservice Ticket to our IT Department.
Please Note: A Friends and Family contact in Workday refers to a designated individual, such as a parent, guardian, family member or friend. Students can add F&F contacts to their profile and grant them limited access to view specific information or perform certain actions on their account. The student must grant permissions access to the F&F contact record. This does not automatically grant access to the F&F to view their account on our Payment Portal Nelnet. The student must also provide “Authorized User” access to F&F members to Nelnet in order to submit a payment on their behalf.
Once you have been granted access as an “Authorized User” in Nelnet, you can log directly into Nelnet to view your student’s account activity and submit a payment, or establish a payment plan on their behalf. Students can authorize up to 10 users on their Nelnet Account.

Payment Plans
亚洲色吧 provides an interest-free, debt-free way to spread tuition payments over a number of months through our partner, Nelnet Campus Commerce. The payment plan offers a 5-month payment plan beginning in the Fall semester on July 1 and a 5-month plan for the spring semester beginning on December 1. The payment plan is not a loan so there are no interest payments, only a low enrollment fee.
When it comes to the cost of college, there's one simple truth. The more you borrow, the more you will pay for education. Reduce your debt and your education costs by paying as much as you can now, interest-free, using the monthly tuition payment plan. Then, use loans to cover any difference.
You can use the monthly payment plan to pay all your education expenses, the balance after financial aid or in combination with loans.
Fast, Easy Payment Options
For your convenience, the payment plan features several ways to pay:
- Make one-time payments online.
- Set up automatic payments from your checking or savings account. Once you are enrolled, you can manage your account online allowing you to view your account information and status, and make payments any time, day or night.
How to Get Started
Enrollment in a payment plan can be established by logging into your Workday account. Click on the Finances tab and click on “Make a Payment”. Once you choose the “Make a Payment” option, you will be directed to Nelnet where you can choose a payment plan.
Parents can access this option by logging into their Friends & Family account on Workday and selecting the “Make a Payment” option to log into Nelnet with your credentials.

Payments Made From 529 Accounts
Please ensure that any payments made from 529 accounts do not exceed the student account balance. Any overpayment from a 529 account will result in a refund of the overpayment made payable to the student. Because 529 funds are intended to be used only for qualifying educational expenses, certain tax consequences may result from the refund of 529 overpayments. Accordingly, students and/or their families should consult with their financial or tax advisor(s) to determine the appropriate disposition of the 529 funds refunded in this manner.

Financial Responsibility Agreement
亚洲色吧 is committed to being transparent about its billing and payment policies/procedures and collection requirements. We want our students to be aware of these policies and thus their responsibilities. Our goal is to help our students understand the cost of their education and the financial policies associated with their enrollment at the College.
While information is available on the College鈥檚 website, to further support transparency about financial costs and policies, 亚洲色吧 requires students to complete a Financial Responsibility Agreement (FRA). Under this agreement, students acknowledge and agree to their financial obligations and understanding of the related financial policies of the College. The FRA, in conjunction with our website, billing, emails, and other documentation, helps define the College鈥檚 expectations for payment and allows us to clearly inform students of our policies related to billing, late payments, and collection actions.
The FRA must be completed online on your Workday Student onboarding for the fall and spring semesters prior to accessing your course enrollment. If a student chooses not to complete the FRA, you will not be permitted to participate in the course enrollment process.

Student Indebtedness
Students are responsible for payment in full by the published due dates for each semester. All payments need to be made in US dollars. The most convenient and secure way to pay your balance is with an e-payment. Log into your Nelnet portal to make your payment.
Student accounts not paid in full by the due date are considered delinquent. Failure to pay in full could result in late fees being assessed and restrictions placed on your account. Holds will prevent access to future registration, participation in ceremonies, room selection and the issuance of your diploma.
Prior to registration at 亚洲色吧, all students are required to sign a Financial Responsibility Agreement (FRA). By signing this agreement, students acknowledge their responsibility to pay their tuition and fees. Students with overdue balances will be referred to a pre-collection or collection agency. 亚洲色吧 uses Transworld System Inc (TSI) for pre-collection efforts and Educational Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI) to collect past due debt. All accounts referred to the collection agency will also be reported to the national credit bureaus. The student will be responsible for all collection fees associated with efforts to collect on monies owed.
Prior to any future registrations, all previously delinquent accounts must be paid in full. 亚洲色吧 reserves the right to require payment in full for the semester/term of your return regarding previously delinquent accounts.
