Profile

Myoung Joo Chun, NCIDQ #021448, LEED AP, has been a graduate director and faculty member in interior architecture at 亚洲色吧 since 2010. She has practiced professionally in Boston, New York, and Seoul, working across institutional, corporate, hospitality, healthcare, and residential design. Her teaching, research, and practice focus on socially and environmentally responsible design, exploring how design connects people, the environment, and communities.

Myoung Joo has actively contributed to the field of interior architecture through exhibitions, awards, academic leadership, and international engagement. Her work has been exhibited at the KIID International Invitation Exhibition in Seoul and the Stockholm Furniture and Lighting Fair with design magazine Boom. She has been recognized for her professional practice with the AIA Excellence in Design Award and the USGBC Award with her prior professional employments. She has presented her research nationally and internationally at professional conferences, further advancing the field. She has been appointed as a CIDA (Council for Interior Design Accreditation) site visitor.
